Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care and administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients based on their needs and medical history.
Monitor patient vital signs, assess patient status, and provide ongoing evaluation and intervention as necessary.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of care.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including nursing assessments, patient progress notes, and discharge summaries.
Adhere to infection control protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements to ensure a safe and supportive healthcare environment.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, patient safety programs, and professional development activities to enhance nursing practice and improve patient outcomes.
Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during times of illness, injury, or crisis.
Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and integrity in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and members of the healthcare team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent from an accredited institution.
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Abu Dhabi, with certification as a Registered Nurse.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with diverse teams.
Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage).
