What You Will Be Doing:

Greet, respond to requests and coordinate with other departments while providing exceptional service.

Welcome Center is a One Stop Shop and you will be assisting the guests for all room service orders as well as responding to all their queries and requests

Take initiative to add a personalized experience.

Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay.

What You Will Be Doing:

Receive each guest call in a professional and friendly manner.

Maintain effective communication with all related department to ensure smooth service delivery.

Handle every query in a polite and courteous manner and exceed guest expectations.

Maintain an up to date knowledge of the hotel and local services.

Maintain an awareness of guest profile through the Opera guest profile system.

Maintain the guest wake up call sheet and deliver calls accordingly on time and to the established standard.

Ensure the proper operation of the switchboard, resulting in fast and efficient transferring of internal and external calls.

Take messages for guests and management as per the required standard.

Qualifications

Should have min. 1 years of experience in similar role for a 5 Star Resort in UAE

Being Multi-lingual i.e. Arabic / German/Russian / French languages would be a Plus

Prior experience working with Opera/Micros is Mandatory

Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders

Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
