Responsibilities
Conducting user research and usability testing to understand how customers currently use the site and identify areas for improvement
Creating wireframes, mockups and prototypes to showcase new design concepts
Implementing the new design vision across all pages of the website
Working collaboratively with other teams like development and content to rollout the new design
Requirements
Degree in graphic or web design, user experience design, or related field
2+ years of experience designing and redesigning websites
Strong portfolio demonstrating design and front-end development skills
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
Experience conducting user research and usability testing a plus
Knowledge of current web design trends and best practices
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
