Warehouse Manager Full-time Job

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.

• Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts.

• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures.

• Coordinate and supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations.

• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff.

• Maintain accurate records of inventory and warehouse activities.

• Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, sales, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

• Proven experience minimum 7 years as a warehouse manager or in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse management best practices.

• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
