What You'll Be Doing

The main objective of this role is to secure support from individuals eager to immerse themselves in learning new skills, rather than adding to our workload.This position is characterized by its dynamic pace and physical demands, requiring proactive and creative thinking. The trainee will join an experienced team of Visual Merchandisers (VMs), receiving guidance and coaching on daily display maintenance tasks. Within a diverse environment marked by strong team synergy, the trainee will actively participate in stock display, fixture and mannequin movement, and the creation of captivating displays across all departments.

Assist VM associates in displaying new stock.

Participate in new campaign installations for store animation changes.

Maintain store standards consistently.

Contribute to floor moves and installation updates.

Manage VM props and the VM stock room.

What you'll need to succeed

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Capacity to learn and adapt swiftly in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting.

Interest in fashion or design.

Demonstrated initiative, capable of independently prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Proactive team player fostering positive interdepartmental relationships.

Strong grasp of creative commerciality, retail standards, Visual Merchandising, and industry awareness.

Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results.
