Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard VIP (high-end) gamblers through sales strategies like Prospecting and Growth Marketing.

Drive incremental revenue through new VIP player acquisition efforts.

Elaborate and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the unique demands and opportunities of each designated market.

Execute strategies to acquire new players, successfully onboard them onto the platform and spark their engagement to increase their activity and growth.

Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective players, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Meet and exceed sales targets through effective planning, forecasting, and execution of sales strategies.

Identify potential sales opportunities and develop innovative out of the box strategies to accelerate growth and enhance market penetration.

Collaborate closely with global sales and marketing teams to align strategies and report on sales progress and market insights to company leadership.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess sales growth and take appropriate action to meet targets on time.

Continuously analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, business development or related fields with proven experience in meeting sales targets, preferably within the target region.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Ideally located in Miami (USA).

Background in the gaming industry is a plus.

Deep understanding of the business and cultural nuances of the designated region, with the ability to leverage this insight to drive sales and build relationships.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and persuade across different cultural contexts.
