Training Specialist Full-time Job

Participate in preparing the annual and operational plan for the performance evaluation and training system.

Updating and developing questionnaires used to evaluate training programs and courses.

Analyzing and identifying the training needs of organizational units in coordination with department and section managers.

Preparing the training plan that includes all training needs, addressing training authorities, and selecting the best training programs and courses.

Communicate and coordinate continuously with various training centers and institutes to prepare annual training plans.

Establish and prepare timetables for the annual general plan for training and supervise its implementation.

Preparing training and development plans and linking them to the job performance and career path evaluation system.

Participate in planning and designing the specialized training programs proposed to be implemented during the annual training plan.

Determine the estimated financial cost of the training programs proposed to be implemented based on the annual training plan.

Measure and evaluate training programs and courses implemented inside and outside the Authority and provide practical recommendations and proposals regarding them.

Follow up on the careful evaluation process of various training courses on schedule to measure the return on investment in training and ensure their archiving

Participate in preparing and updating procedures manuals for the training department.

Reviewing, following up and implementing the procedures and work mechanisms followed in the Training and Performance Department and submitting suggestions for improvement and development

Preparing monthly and quarterly reports on completed training programs and courses and submitting them to the direct manager.

Ensure follow-up documentation of evaluation forms and update employees’ training records by including the results of their evaluation while attending training courses and programs.

Supervising the selection of candidates and informing them of the dates of training programs and courses in accordance with the annual training plan.

Ensure that data on training courses for each employee is entered into the system used and ensure that the employee is notified of the details of the training courses on the specified date.

Supervising the evaluation of training programs and courses during and immediately after completion, which are implemented internally and externally, and submitting relevant reports to the direct manager.

Follow up on the disbursement of dues to training entities based on the implemented training programs and according to the agreed upon conditions.
