What You'll Do At Deel

Collaborate closely with various departments to develop and refine SOPs that streamline operations across the organization.

Create comprehensive policy documents that support Deel’s strategic objectives and comply with regulatory requirements.

Maintain and update existing SOPs and policy documents to reflect changes in processes or regulations.

Participate in the Product Go-to-Market and other end-to-end processes to support maintenance of SOPs across the organization

Assist in the development and dissemination of policy updates to ensure company-wide understanding and adherence.

Engage with subject matter experts to gather necessary details for accurate and effective documentation.

Utilize data and feedback to optimize the clarity and effectiveness of all procedural content.

Design templates and guidelines for consistent policy documentation and reporting.

Ensure all documentation is accessible and understandable for a global, diverse audience.

Work with Deel’s internal AI tools to optimize your content to support discovery and synthesis for our internal teams.

Some Key Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other technical field or a Bachelor's degree in English, communications, or related field with experience in process documentation or policy writing.

3+ years experience as a technical writer.

Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.

Proven ability to distill complex processes into clear, understandable content.

Experience with Confluence/Jira, Zen Desk, Figma and/or other diagramming, wire-framing and collaborative tools.

Meticulous attention to detail with a keen eye for accuracy.
