What You’ll Do

Source potential and passive GTM candidates through direct channels, social media, internet sourcing, extensive name generation research and relationship building

Continually expand network through leveraging user groups, blogs and networking events

Generate candidate interest through creative marketing and social media messaging by clearly articulating Deel value proposition

Prequalify potential candidates to determine their qualifications through profiling, trait assessments and behavioural based interviewing

Develop a pipeline of talent for current role and future hiring needs

What You’ll Need

2-5 years Sourcing or Talent Acquisition in the GTM space experience required

Strong research and candidate generation skills

Experience sourcing for Sales roles (SDR, AE, Sales leaders) in multiple European markets

Experience with Linkedin Recruiter, Github and other tools

Familiarity with current direct sourcing techniques and ability to remain current with developing new techniques and skills

You know how to source candidates well beyond the confines of LinkedIn, and you will be able to teach us a thing or two

You enjoy collaboration, and can clearly communicate your ideas to stakeholders across different functional areas

You have an innovative and creative approach, a passion for automation is welcomed in our team

Fluency in English, bonus points for other languages (German or Dutch preferred)
