What you'll do?

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all profiles within the organization, ranging from operative to administrative positions

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, responsibilities, and qualifications for each position

Conduct thorough candidate screening and assessment through interviews and skills evaluations, providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system and other relevant databases

Coordinate and execute the onboarding process for new hires

What are we looking for?

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and build relationships with hiring managers

Ability to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for various positions

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems like Zoho Recruit.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
