ROLE PROFILE

Responsible for clear understanding of customer alteration and made-to-order requirements.

Keep Sales associates informed of timelines and adhere to commitment.

Accurately recording customer measurements

Purchase the needed materials for various tasks and accurately report utilization and spend.

Be aware of relevant policies and align with organizational and customer expectations.

Fit, alter and repair according to customers' specifications and fit, and apply principles of garment design, construction, and styling

Ensure an engaging customer experience and exceed customer expectations at all times

Adhere to Majid Al Futtaim quality standards at all times consistently.

REQUIREMENTS

Tailoring certification / courses will be an added advantage

High school certificate

2-3 years’ industry experience

Excellent to fluent English
