Site Engineer Full-time Job

The incumbent will be responsible for:

Arranging for site visits for Property Valuations

Visiting and verifying the site status and report it to the Senior Management

Progressing Payment request from contractors & verifying the documents as per requirements

Preparing MIS for site visit/Home Finance deals

Taking necessary action to solve any issues arising from customer/contractor disputes

Issuing any legal Notification to Contractor wherever it is required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Engineering

Minimum 2 years in Constructional contracts documentations experience.

Knowledge of contractor payments

Knowledge of MS Office.

Well experienced in operating Excel/ Access & Word

Arabic speakers are preferred for this role
