Analyze and translate business information and technical requirements into architectural blueprints.

Propose innovative solutions to achieve complex business objectives.

Provide guidance and actively participate in establishing technical governance processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the design and implementation of a platform operating model.

Improve the likelihood of successful go-lives and end-user adoption through effective platform strategies.

Conduct technical evaluations of strategic and operational demands against the ServiceNow platform architecture, platform capabilities, and industry-leading practices.

What You’ll Be Working On

Certified Technical Architect accreditation.

Proven experience in analyzing and translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Strong expertise in designing and implementing platform operating models.

Knowledge of technical governance processes and their practical application.

Familiarity with ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
