Service Advisor Full-time Job

Customer Service:

Greeting customers warmly and assessing their needs accurately.

Listening attentively to customer concerns and addressing them effectively.

Providing exceptional customer service by maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.

Vehicle Diagnosis and Recommendations:

Conducting initial inspections and diagnosing vehicle issues accurately.

Recommending appropriate services and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines and customer needs.

Explaining repair options and associated costs clearly to customers, ensuring transparency and trust.

Service Coordination:

Scheduling service appointments efficiently, considering both customer preferences and workshop availability.

Coordinating with the service team to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.

Keeping customers informed of the status of their vehicles throughout the service process.

Administrative Tasks:

Documenting customer interactions, service requests, and vehicle diagnoses accurately in the company's database.

Processing service orders, invoices, and payments accurately and efficiently.

Maintaining organized records of service history for each customer's vehicle.

Upselling and Customer Education:

Identifying opportunities to upsell additional services or products based on customer needs and vehicle condition.

Educating customers on the importance of regular maintenance and recommended service intervals to promote vehicle longevity and performance.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a service advisor in UAE or in a customer service role within the automotive industry, preferably with premium or luxury brands.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers effectively.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Proficiency in using automotive service software and computer systems for scheduling, invoicing, and documentation.

A passion for automobiles and a commitment to staying updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and manufacturer guidelines.
