Senior Specialist HR Business Affairs Full-time Job

KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES:

# Review & recommend updates for defined policies and processes that support RTA’s and Agency/Sector strategy and objectives.

# Use and understand RTA’s HR tools and policies, to ensure their compliance across the designated Agency/ Sector.

# Work with HR&D department to ensure that tools and policies are aligned, enhance employee engagement and ultimately improve performance.

# Identify current & future manpower requirements and recommend long & short-term Manpower plans, identify future directions for the positions and required competencies in coordination with the organizational units in the Agency / sector.

# Assess initiatives on regular basis that may impact manpower requirements

Qualifications

Education :

# Bachelor’s Degree in human resources / Business Administration from a recognized University.

Skills

# Certified assessor from a reputed institution

# Certified CIPD- SHRM

# 8 years of relevant working experience
