Senior Operation Training Assistant Full-time Job

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive UAV operations training programs for internal staff, clients, and partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.

Conduct training sessions, workshops, and hands-on exercises for UAV operators and maintenance technicians, covering UAV operation procedures, flight safety protocols, maintenance practices, and troubleshooting techniques.

Collaborate with training managers and subject matter experts to create and update training materials, manuals, and resources, incorporating best practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Facilitate practical training exercises, flight simulations, and scenario-based training to enhance participants' skills and readiness for real-world UAV operations.

Develop and administer assessments to evaluate trainees' understanding and proficiency in UAV operations, maintenance, and safety procedures, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and certification statuses, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company policies. Prepare and present reports on training outcomes, performance metrics, and future training needs as needed.

Utilize training software, e-learning platforms, and simulation tools to enhance training effectiveness and engagement, incorporating interactive multimedia elements and virtual reality simulations where applicable.

Ensure all training activities adhere to relevant aviation regulations, safety standards, and company policies, promoting a culture of safety and compliance throughout the organization.

Work closely with UAV operations managers, flight instructors, maintenance technicians, and other stakeholders to identify training needs, develop customized training solutions, and ensure alignment with operational goals and objectives.

Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, performance metrics, and industry benchmarks. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance training outcomes, efficiency, and scalability.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, Education, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in UAV operations or training are preferred.

Experience in UAV operations, training, or a related field, with a strong understanding of UAV systems, flight operations, and maintenance procedures.

Proficiency in using UAV operation software, flight simulation tools, and training equipment.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in all training activities.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
