Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies that align with the company's goals and support the growth of our facility management business.

Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent, with a focus on positions critical to the organization.

Employee Relations: Build and maintain positive employee relations by addressing workplace issues, conflicts, and grievances fairly and consistently.

Performance Management: Develop and manage performance appraisal systems that promote employee development and contribute to organizational success.

Compensation and Benefits: Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain talent while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Training and Development: Identify training needs, design effective training programs, and coordinate continuous development opportunities for employees in facility management roles.

HR Compliance: Ensure that all HR policies and practices comply with relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry-specific requirements.

HR Metrics and Reporting: Establish and monitor HR metrics to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for enhancing HR effectiveness within the facility management context.

Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, recognizing the importance of motivated employees in facility management.

Knowledge, skills, and experience:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

10-15 years of working experience in HR.

5+ Years of experience in HR Management within a facility management company in UAE.

Thorough understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.

Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
