Key Accountabilities:

Simulation

Guidance & Control

Tracking System

Software Development [SIL and PIL]

Lab Testing and Performance Verification

Mission Planning

Mentoring Engineers Not Limited To:

Junior Engineers

Engineer I

Engineer II

Flight Test

Pre-Flight Preparation

Flight Test

Post-Flight Analysis

Capability Establishment and Tools

Establish Guidance & Control Capabilities

Establish Infrastructure, Tools, and Labs

Supports the principal engineer in the form of technical contributions

Experience & Education Qualifications:

At least 6-10 years’ experience working on guided weapon systems or relevant experience and certifications.

Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree in relevant fields (i.e. electrical, mechanical, embedded systems, aerospace engineering, etc.)

Experience in the use of engineering tools and developing and implementing guidance and control algorithms.

Detailed knowledge of the engineering discipline and the development of guided weapon systems.
