Responsibilities
Working hand-in-glove with Partner Operations, Partner Leadership and Regional Partner Managers to build a list of target accounts across EMEA
Leveraging multi-channel communications and multi-threading tactics to improve win rates
Prospecting C-suite stakeholders to open doors and increase pipeline velocity
Signing new partnerships and activating those partnerships quickly
Partnering closely with key internal Deel stakeholders - sales, product, marketing, c-suite - to drive partner growth
Using various technologies to improve efficiencies and effectiveness of outbound efforts
Requirements
You have 6+ years of experience in a business development role
You have experience in speaking with C-suite stakeholders at large corporations
You have a data-centric and operational mindset
You have a strong understanding of the partnership landscape - technology, professional services and venture - and are well-connected
You have a way with words and can write email copy and sequence campaigns that open up partnership opportunities
You are adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
You are an active relationship builder who can consistently collaborate with internal and external teams to improve processes and communication workflows
