Key responsibilities:

Collect business requirements related to People Analytics from various HR functions. Analyze and structure requirements into coherent datasets for analysis.

Develop informative dashboards using Tableau to visualize and communicate key findings.

Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate questions and hypotheses aimed at addressing people-related challenges.

Conduct in-depth data analysis, and identify trends, correlations, and patterns within people data.

Knowledge, skills & experience:

3-5 years of experience in a data analytics role, with a preference for HR analytics or internal/external consulting experience.

Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to derive insights from large datasets.

Proficiency in Excel and Tableau is essential; familiarity with Oracle Fusion HRIS is advantageous.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex findings clearly.

Team-oriented mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills, adept at collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
