Section In-Charge Butchery Full-time Job

Responsibilities for Butchery:

Manage meat product inventory and quality.

Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies.

Maintain supplier relationships.

Analyze sales data and develop action plans to improve performance.

Ensure operational efficiency within the butchery section.

Requirements:

Minimum of 7-10 years in retail industry, with experience in the relevant section.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of quality standards and inventory management for the respective section.
