Resident Engineer Full-time Job

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of the Sea Outfall construction project, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and address any issues that arise.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.

Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and other relevant legal requirements.

Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, including resolving any engineering-related challenges.

Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Manage project budgets, including cost control and financial reporting.

Implement and maintain health and safety protocols on site.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships and ensure project requirements are met.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 20 years of construction supervision experience, with significant experience in marine or sea outfall projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

Proven ability to manage large-scale construction projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.
