Job Details

Key responsibilities:

Reviewing and processing variations of consultants and contractors in accordance with the contract.

Administering variations of consultants and contractors in accordance with the client’s Change Management procedures.

Ensuring insurances and bank guarantees (bonds) are compliant with contract requirements.

Reviewing Extension of Time (EOT) and prolongation cost claims.

Conducting payment valuations and preparing payment certificates.

Preparing monthly cost reports, cashflow forecasts, and accruals.

Managing the close-out of final accounts, including preparing final payment certificates and releasing bank guarantees.

Knowledge, skills & experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in both contracting and development sector.

Strong knowledge of post-contract administration and commercial management.

Proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
