Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

Identify and prioritize potential customers and projects within the construction and building materials industry.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and other key stakeholders.

Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate lighting solutions.

Utilize technical knowledge to design and recommend lighting solutions that meet customer needs and project specifications.

Prepare detailed proposals, including product specifications, pricing, and project timelines.

Oversee the implementation of lighting projects from conception to completion.

Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and installation of lighting systems.

Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the lighting and building materials sectors.

Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance product offerings and meet market demands.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project progress in CRM systems.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Additional qualifications in Business Administration or Sales are a plus.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably in the lighting solutions or building materials industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex projects.

Strong understanding of lighting systems, electrical installations, and building materials.

Proficiency in using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, DIALux) and CRM systems.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
