Project Management Director Full-time Job

What You Will Do

Oversee and provide strategic leadership to a team of Project and Program Managers, ensuring the effective delivery of all projects at RVN. Develop and implement robust project management systems that enhance operational efficiency and clarity, and actively engage in hands-on management of RVN’s most complex projects.

Cultivate a high-performing project management team by providing ongoing guidance and support, setting clear expectations, and resolving challenges proactively to ensure all projects and project teams are set up for success.

Innovate and refine project management processes to minimize disruptions and streamline workflows, thereby enhancing the overall productivity and effectiveness of project delivery across the organization.

What You Bring To The Role

Experience building and leading teams of project managers deploying agile methodologies in long, fixed cycle, high stakes environments

Exceptional track record of setting up and embedding agile ways of working into organisations with high safety/quality delivery requirements and long, fixed cycle timelines

Proven ability to drive successful project prioritisation across organisations

Experience in a start-up or similarly fast paced environment

Experience managing and working with carbon projects preferred
