Program Manager Full-time Job

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, establishing project schedules, and managing resources and budgets.

Drive the development of new products and technologies from concept to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, manufacturing, and quality assurance

Provide technical leadership and expertise in engineering design and development, including concept generation, prototype development, testing, and validation, ensuring adherence to engineering principles, standards, and best practices.

Identify and mitigate technical and project risks, proactively addressing challenges and obstacles to minimize project delays and ensure successful project outcomes

Ensure that engineering activities comply with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices, maintaining a focus on product safety, reliability, and performance.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, customers, suppliers, and partners, providing regular updates on project status, progress, and milestones.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering development, with a proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering successful engineering projects

Minimum 10 years of overall experience in industry in a Technology related B2B industry preferably Aerospace & Defense
