Product Manager Full-time Job

As a Product Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• ️ Engaging in client discussions to understand their wants, gather feedback, and gain insights into market needs.

• Conducting thorough research to understand consumer mentality, local customs, and preferences in the market.

• Analyzing and synthesizing client feedback and market research to identify key needs and requirements.

• ‍ Collaborating closely with the engineering team to translate client needs into clear and actionable tasks for product development.

• Working closely with the design and development teams to ensure seamless implementation of new features and enhancements.

• ️ Defining and prioritizing the product roadmap based on market needs, business goals, and consumer insights.

• Monitoring product performance, analyzing data, and making data-driven decisions to drive product improvements.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing success.

• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer preferences to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

• Being versatile and quick to learn new skills, adapting to the evolving needs of the company and the product.

Requirements:

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration).

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in a startup or MVP stage environment.

• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and experience working with engineering teams.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.

• ️ Fluent in Arabic, both written and spoken.

• Experience in the UAE/Saudi market and familiarity with local customer preferences is a must.

• ‍ Ability to translate customer wants into actionable tasks and specifications for the development team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Passionate about technology, startups, and driving product innovation.

• Fintech or banking industry experience is highly desirable.
