Job Details

Write press announcements whether long or short form for various business needs

Correspond with traditional media and social influencers, evaluate media exposure opportunities

Organize media experiences such hotel stays, dining and spa experiences

Monitor, review and report on all marketing and PR activity and results

Monitor competitor set’s press coverage and social media within the destination

Maintain an excellent relationship with the relevant appointed agencies, media, Accor regional office, and suppliers

Manage hotel communications including signage for public spaces, and drafting in-room guest letters

Weekly summary of press coverage for internal distribution

Coordinate professional video and photography shoots as needed (influencer, media, fashion shoots)

With the assistance of PR or Marketing Manager, brief media plans, write creative briefs and retouching briefs

Update content on the property website, press room and image library, partner websites

Ensure that all hotel promotions, advertising, and collateral are in keeping with Raffles standards and brand image and reflect the highest level of professionalism in content and presentation

Be a brand ambassador of Raffles at all times, both in and out of the hotel and on personal social media accounts.

Manage the supply chain and timelines of PR projects including costs, design and copy

Support the marketing department with administrative tasks such as creating purchase orders (PO), invoicing and raising complimentary forms in internal finance systems
