Responsibilities:

Coordinating program and PMO activities, resources, equipment, and information.

Break down projects/work streams and time management for the internal team, while using specific project tools.

Engage with stakeholders with the purpose of identifying and defining requirements.

Manage data consolidation and contract consolidation activities for various external vendors.

Constantly updating the project’s, vendor’s, and user’s needs during the curse of the program.

Perform a risk analysis for the given projects.

Oversee program and PMO documentation.

Monitor program progress along with any issues that arise.

Be the center of communication for the program and PMO department.

Work with the Program Director to eliminate blockers.

Be involved in the quality assurance process for the program.

Requirements:

BSc in Business Administration and or any related one.

Min 5 years of experience in project management, from conception to delivery

Experience as a Project Coordinator - supporting projects focused on large Technology implementations like Oracle, SAP, Microsoft etc.

Experience with preparation and interpretation of flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.

Experience in IT contracts management and vendor management.

Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.

Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.

Experience in risk management, quality assurance control, and procurement.

Strong working knowledge of creating project documentation and project presentations for management.

Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Clarizen, SharePoint use).

Experience with the Agile PM approach is a plus.

PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
