Planning Performance Manager Full-time Job

Roles and Responsibility

• Analyze operational performance data, including on-time performance, reliability, and service quality, to identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to establish performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Implement performance improvement initiatives and monitor their progress, identifying and addressing operational bottlenecks.

• Develop, implement, and manage long-term service plans to align with the organization's goals and objectives.

• Planning special events during public holidays or internal events to be well planned and executed.

• Establishing a feedback mechanism and fostering a culture of continuous service improvement, which should be an ongoing endeavor.

• Plan and allocate resources, including staff, to optimize service delivery and cost-effectiveness.

• Fatigue index and labor regulations and local compliances

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and reporting requirements.

• Develop and manage budgets for various departments and projects, ensuring financial discipline and accountability.

• Prepare and present regular performance reports and updates to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

• Foster collaboration among different departments and teams to drive cross-functional efficiency and excellence.

Desirable qualifications, skills and experience

Academic Qualifications:

• Degree, along with Project Management Certification qualification

Experience:

• Ability to analyse, interpret and provide recommendations

• Experience in quality management, RAMS and asset management systems

• Experience from railways operations and maintenance

Other Skills:

• Very good planning skills

• Ability to work in a team and on an individual basis

• Very good communication skills

• Very good computer skills

• English as first language or advanced level of written and verbal skill

• Analytical skills for problem solving
