Roles and Responsibility

• Forge Strategic Alliances: Collaborate with local transportation authorities, municipalities, ride-sharing companies, public transit agencies, and other stakeholders to establish robust partnerships that facilitate seamless passenger transfers.

• Negotiate Agreements: Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions. Your expertise will be pivotal in navigating complex contractual discussions.

• Innovative Solutions: Identify areas with potential for improvement within the initial and final mile journey. These areas encompass pedestrian walkways, bicycle facilities, parking zones, shuttle services, and other relevant aspects. Your role will involve driving enhancements in these areas. Identify novel partnership opportunities that align with our company's goals and contribute to the advancement of railway technology, infrastructure, and services.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with partners, fostering open communication channels and aligning objectives for seamless cooperation.

• Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to propose partnership strategies that keep us at the forefront of the market.

• Project Management: Oversee the implementation of partnership initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution within established timelines.

• Performance Metrics: Develop metrics and performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Desirable Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

Academic or Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in transportation management, Urban Planning, Traffic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

Experience:

• At least 8yrs of experience in Transport or equivalent planning services

• Proven experience in greenfield transportation projects

• At least 5yrs experience in the Middle East and GCC

• Detailed understanding of multi-modal transport solutions

• Demonstrated experience of managing multiple external stakeholders and contractors as part of a wider programme of rail service delivery
