Operations Supervisor Full-time Job

Job Requirement:

Having minimum experience in 3-4 years in Staff Outsourcing, Recruitment, Contract staffing, and Manpower services challenges.

Identifying staff hiring (Temporary, Outsourcing and recruitment) challenges in UAE market.

Identifying new potential clients and opportunities to win business for staff outsourcing and recruitment services.

Generating new pipelines, Demonstrating the service and understanding their hiring challenges and pain areas.

Preparation of contracts for clients and maintain client follow-up database.

Producing job descriptions as per client requirements.

Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business and build and establish strong relationships with customers

Preparing sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines keeping records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

The candidate must have:

Prior experience Operations Coordinator / Supervisors.

Good communication skill in English.

Bachelor’s degree in administration or related discipline.
