ROLE PROFILE

Identify gaps in performance measurement and develop a roadmap to fix these gaps

Lead the measurement of all our activations in Carrefour UAE (leaflets, campaigns, promotions, etc.) and feed back into the business

Manage senior stakeholder relationships with counterparts in commercial and analytics teams

Ensure commercial activations are based on a data driven approach and course correct wherever needed

Leverage reporting tools from analytics teams to provide business insights and report on market activities

Track competitors on a periodic basis and highlights any commercial opportunities to the business.

Use insight reports from agency partners/in house to feed into meetings with commercial teams

Conduct specific research on competitors on need-basis and report results to stakeholders in a timely manner

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in field related to Database Management or Data Analytics

7 – 9 years of experience in a similar role.

Retail industry experience is a plus.

Strong experience with Data Analytics & Insights

Experience with Agencies & on Client Side is a must

Influencing skills with senior stakeholders , and development of tools that can aid commercial teams
