Key responsibilities:

Loyalty Program Strategy:

Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the hotel's loyalty program in collaboration with key stakeholders.

Create activations and engagement plans to enhance the loyalty program experience for members.

Build and maintain relationships with hotel managers, front office teams, and event planners to ensure seamless integration of the loyalty program into daily operations.

Collaborate with third-party partners to optimize data sharing and integration, ensuring the privacy and security of member information.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Act as a liaison between different hotel departments to ensure all teams have the necessary information to support and promote the loyalty program effectively.

Provide training and support to relevant teams, fostering a culture of commitment to membership engagement.

Communication and Reporting:

Develop and maintain clear communication channels for sharing updates, program enhancements, and best practices with relevant stakeholders.

Generate regular reports on program performance and engagement metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Membership Engagement:

Implement initiatives to enhance member engagement and satisfaction, such as exclusive offers, events, and personalized experiences.

Monitor member feedback and work with teams to address concerns and continuously improve the program.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.

4+ years of working experience within hospitality industry.

5+ years of experience in membership engagement.

Proven experience in hotel operations, loyalty program management, and partnership development.

Experience in the leisure/travel industry.

Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate initiatives.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions to improve program performance.
