ROLE PROFILE

Draft contracts, agreements and notifications as required in a timely manner and ensuring that they are compliant with internal standards and legal requirements.

Analyze policies for legal correctness with a view to provide legal advice in relation to the drafting of contracts/policies.

Support the development of strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.

Up to date knowledge and application as well as horizon scanning of the changes to laws and regulations of the region, monitor legal publications and study the new trends related to legal practices and their impact on the current scenario.

Advise on matters related to competition law, including antitrust laws, competition regulations, sustainability, and third-party due diligence.

Assist in legal operations and legal transformation projects including automation, standardization, templatization, governance frameworks.

Requirements

4-6 years of legal experience in a common law jurisdiction

Excellent business communication and presentation

Strong negotiation skills
