Lead Solutions Architect Full-time Job

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Enablement:

Engage with Builders to understand their technical requirements in light of their business goals.

Offer technical consultation and guidance to clients, ensuring the successful adoption and integration of ConsenSys solutions.

Develop and deliver technical expertise and enablement materials for internal teams, clients, and partners.

Conduct workshops, webinars, and hands-on sessions to educate stakeholders on ConsenSys products and blockchain technology.

Proactively identify and offer enablement program to tackle technical challenges the Builders could be facing

Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure alignment of solutions with ConsenSys’ product capabilities.

Solution Design and Architecture:

Design comprehensive blockchain-based solutions tailored to client and partner requirements.

Assess and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance blockchain solutions.

Lead technical aspects of project implementation, from requirement gathering to deployment.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of blockchain solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and challenges during the implementation process.

Thought Leadership:

Lead the team of Solution Architects within Builder Engagement

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the blockchain space.

Contribute to the development of whitepapers, case studies, and other thought leadership content.

Represent ConsenSys at industry events, conferences, and forums.

Develop team members’ skills, ensuring they stay updated with industry trends and best practices
