Lead Industrial Design Full-time Job

Key Responsibilities

To lead multiple projects with outsourced partners responsible for all stages of industrial design and development for a portfolio of complex products and platforms, including design architecture, language, validation, and specifications.

Provide domain-specific expertise and overall industrial design leadership and perspective to cross-organization projects, programs, and activities.

Manage all aspects of the hardware user experience, from unboxing to maintenance

Follow industry standards, design requirements and test strategies which apply to regulatory requirements.

Follow R&D design controls, change controls, and risk management, per the Quality Management System.

Collaborating with external vendors and partners to ideate new concepts.

Experience And Education Qualification

Minimum 8 years of expeience in a similar role

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Bachelor of Design, Industrial Design or other related degree
