IT Operations Specialist Full-time Job

Roles and Responsibility

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot the organization's IT systems and ITSM, including servers, networks, equipment and databases, to ensure consistent, reliable performance.

• Monitor SLAs and ensure strict respect of contractual SLAs

• Manage day to day relationship with vendors and internal IT teams

• Provide efficient technical support to end-users, addressing IT-related issues, and documenting, escalating, and resolving complex cases.

• Collaborate with the IT team to manage, optimize, and enhance the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and cloud-based services.

• Ensure IT systems are secure, compliant with company policies as per ER Holding, and meet industry regulations, implementing necessary security measures and updates.

• Manage software deployments, updates, and patch management while maintaining accurate software license records.

• Ensure strict respect of our data security and integrity policies.

• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to maintain and enhance IT services and solutions.

• Create and maintain IT documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and user manuals.

• Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and the implementation of new technology.

• Conduct training sessions to enhance end-users' IT proficiency and awareness of best practices.

Desirable qualifications, skills and experience

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).

• Relevant certifications in ITSM or IT operations
