Inventory Controller Full-time Job

Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies promptly.

Utilize knowledge of building materials to categorize inventory effectively and optimize storage arrangements based on product characteristics and demand.

Implement bin location methods to streamline picking, replenishment, and storage processes, ensuring efficient utilization of warehouse space.

Supply Chain Coordination:

Verify supplier invoices against LPOs and delivery notes to ensure accuracy of quantities, prices, and terms before processing payments.

Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding discrepancies or issues with deliveries, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining good supplier relationships.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Utilize inventory management software and Excel to analyze stock movements, identify trends, and generate reports on inventory turnover, aging stock, and stock accuracy.

Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize inventory levels and improve inventory management processes.
