Key responsibilities:

Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, paperwork completion, and introduction to company policies and procedures. Coordinate offboarding activities such as exit interviews, clearance processes, and documentation.

Payroll Management: Oversee payroll functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing salaries, bonuses, and benefits. Collaborate with finance department to resolve any payroll discrepancies and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.

HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR operations, including but not limited to employee records management, attendance tracking, leave management, and employee queries resolution. Streamline HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Compliance: Stay abreast of UAE labor laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure the organization's compliance with all legal requirements. Advise management on HR-related compliance matters and implement necessary actions to mitigate risks.

Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee grievances, conflicts, and concerns. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee satisfaction.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation, including employee contracts, policies, and procedures. Prepare HR reports and analytics as required by management.

Knowledge, skills & experience:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

5-8 years of working experience in HR.

Good experience in payroll management.

Advanced Excel Skills

Thorough understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management and reporting.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
