Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management:

• Coordinate with HR to collect and verify employee data, including timesheets, leaves,

bonuses, and other compensation-related information.

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees, including salary,

wages, overtime, and deductions.

• Review payroll reports for accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal

regulations.

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and related matters.

Manpower Planning:

• Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs based on business goals and

objectives.

• Analyze workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve workforce utilization, including hiring

plans, training initiatives, and talent retention programs.

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to workforce productivity and

efficiency.

Budgeting:

• Manage the budgeting process for payroll and workforce-related expenses.

• Develop annual budgets for payroll, benefits, and other compensation-related costs.

• Monitor actual expenses against budgeted amounts and identify variances.

• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support workforce planning and cost management decision-making.

Compliance and Reporting:

• Stay up-to-date with labor laws, tax regulations, and industry standards related to payroll

and manpower planning.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including tax filings, social security

contributions, and other payroll-related obligations.

• Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to management, finance, and regulatory

authorities as required.
