He supervises the identification and budgeting of real estate product priorities in coordination with the relevant sectors and institutions, and updates the priorities periodically in accordance with developments.

Develops and formulates a framework for policy implementation including stakeholder analysis and updated communication strategy.

It conducts strategic studies related to real estate sector policies internally or through partners with the aim of improving the real estate sector in the emirate.

Ensures the availability and existence of real estate policies, taking into account accuracy, transparency, and applying best practices in the field of disseminating policies to the public.

Evaluates the need to add explanatory notes and guidance to support effective policy implementation.

He works on managing the process of seeking opinions and notes on real estate policies from concerned parties and submitting the notes to the organizational units and relevant stakeholders.

It evaluates and measures the impact of legislation, laws, and policies before and after implementation with the aim of identifying areas for improvement and ensuring their optimal implementation that achieves the desired goals and objectives.

Works on developing training and awareness materials for current and new policies as needed to ensure effective implementation of policies.

It monitors and follows up on various developments and leading global trends in the field of anticipating the future to determine the best innovative ways and methods in confronting challenges in the real estate sector.
