Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!

Fully accountable for wall-to-wall profitability and the long-term success of the Building Business Unit (BU) in the Lead Country UAE (LC-AE) that covers Siemens Middle East.

Implements strategic business guidelines, ensures implementation of operational and regional strategy, and implements the sales rights received for the Business Unit in the LC-AE.

Represent the Building BU in the country (external / internal).

Maximize profitable and sustainable market exploitation for Building BU in the LC level. Develop and optimize Building organization and go-to-market approach in alignment with global Building BU to successfully ensure financial target achievement.

Has the lead country bundle responsibility together with lead country Building FIN Head for all business activities within the Business Unit Building in the Lead Country bundle (LCB).

Defines the strategic direction and long-term goals of the business unit in the LCB and leads the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve these goals in full alignment with its vision and values.

Ensures and leads the organization to achieve sustainably best financial results and processes with an optimal organizational structure and regional presence.

Ensures sustainable business mix and profitable growth in product, software, and service volume in LCB.

Identifies and executes opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction.

Ensures that the organization complies with all legal and regulatory requirements. Oversees risk management policies and procedures to mitigate potential risks to the business.

Developing and maintain successful personal contacts with new and existing major customers, partners, and key stakeholders to increase our business opportunities in strategic opportunities and enlarge our partner network.

Fosters a positive, productive company culture and work environment.

Champions innovation and the adoption of new portfolio and technologies to maintain competitive advantage. Oversees the integration of new tools and processes to improve customer experiences.

Is the primary HQ partner and represents the Business Unit in the LCB as well as the interest of the Business Unit within Headquarters.

Supports and delivers transparency for portfolio management and channel management decisions.
