Roles & Responsibilities:
Digital Partnerships Strategy, Framework, Structure and process
Develop the Digital Partnerships framework, objectives and design the enabling structure, processes and people practices
Develop new or leverage existing methodologies together with the Design Office (E.g. Lead user Approach, Design workshops) to come up with Portfolio of Work for the Business verticals
Orchestrate, Sponsor and support the Idea generators throughout the lifecycle
Seek Buy-in and provide support for qualitative and quantitative benefit analysis through collaboration with business units
Influence and drive cross functional collaboration leading to a consensus to develop PoCs / PoVs with partners
Manages the development lifecycle of PoC/PoV along identified ideas and aligns the budget to the innovation agenda of the bank
Manage the handover of PoC / PoV to appropriate entities (ITO / Innovation Portfolio / Fintech Engagement team / partners as required) for development in an accelerated fashion
External collaboration for market research
Business case analysis
Value analysis post implementation
Market pulse of the implemented idea
Effectively communicate the value with, influence, to senior management and key stake holders
Lead the Incubator / Accelerator ecosystem creating a robust process for Business challenge campaigns to be taken to market with clear solutions coming back to add value to Business
Manage the on-boarding of the Incubation space and providing support for development of early-stage ideas
Lead and mentor teams to engage effectively and efficiently with the various Business Units
Constructive coaching and create an environment for people to think differently and make Digital Partnerships an integral part of their day to day work
Need to be comfortable with ambiguity and thrive on change
Motivate teams beyond their comfort zones to navigate through unknowns (requires curiosity to pursue the interesting) leading to radical ideas
Design effective reward systems to foster Innovation across all disciplines and levels
Required qualifications:
A graduate in business management/ mass communications or computer engineering
A MBA and/or course in finance would be an added advantage
12+ Years of experience in financial or retail industry
3-5 years in leading digital agenda or leading innovation programs for the organizations. Having managed Incubators / accelerators
Functional knowledge of technology domains and processes. Functional knowledge of our Business Operating environments
Knowledge and passion around emerging financial solutions and how they will change commerce and consumer experiences Understanding the trends in the insurance and regulatory businesses is a plus
Leadership qualities and a people person, managing their passion, continuously motivating and empowering them to come forward and develop out of the box thinking
