What you’ll do…

Provide clear guidance and direction to the bar team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Lead by example in crafting innovative and high-quality cocktails that align with our brand and what our customers love.

Train bartenders on our unique recipes, mixing techniques, and presentation standards to ensure consistency in drink preparation and presentation.

Team up with management to develop and update the cocktail menu, ensuring it reflects our brand identity and current beverage trends.

Work closely with the kitchen team to make sure our drinks and food are a match made in heaven.

Conduct regular inspections of the bar area and equipment to ensure everything's running smoothly.

Oversee cash handling procedures, register reconciliation, keeping our records spot on.

Qualifications

Previous experience as Head Bartender with strong spirits knowledge.

A natural people person – you’re confident behind the bar and brilliant with guests.
