Job Details

Assisting in maintenance requests from guests and Hotel Colleagues.

Doing Monthly, follow-up for the "Monthly water analysis reports of swimming pools, spa facilities, Jacuzzis, and water features" from the maintenance company, check if within the parameters, then upload to the DM Website.

Assist in the monitoring and maintaining of inventory.

Handling Day-to-day secretarial work including typing, filing, faxes, telephone, etc.

Ensuring the distribution of documents, letters, faxes, memos, information, etc. on a timely basis.

Arrange internal and external appointments.

Accompany Director, Engineering to meetings and site tours as required to record minutes.

Maintain and file all equipment operation log sheets.

Ensure that all equipment 3rd party certificates are all valid and to be renewed prior to the expiry date.

All DM-related and DCD-related certificates to be renewed prior to the expiry date. Follow-up with concerned departments to be done as required.

All water sampling reading such as Legionella, 3rd party certificates etc. must uploaded to DM site.

Monitoring the PPM schedule of all annual maintenance contracts; ensure that the PPM is completed, follow-up with the concerned Engineering leader or with the contractor/supplier if required.

Organizing the monthly communication meetings, keeping notes of the minutes and follow-up for updates/action plan as required.

Preparation of CAPEX, ASSET DISPOSAL-related documents, filing, and follow-up as required.

Monthly preparation of the Utility Graphs and to be submitted to the DOE.

Monthly preparation of the DRO Utility reports and required to upload in the system without delay (GAIA).

Monthly preparation of the Utilities reports and required to upload in the system without delay (Dubai Tourism Carbon Calculator).

Should assist with the daily operations, check the RSM dashboard and inform the leader or the technicians accordingly should there be a buildup in the tickets or to close the tickets end of the shift once work completed and this is required when daily shift supervisor is busy.

Other tasks as assigned.
