Electrician Full-time Job

To inspect, clean, maintain, and repair all electrical switchgear and distribution networks and systems.

To maintain and repair all electrical appliances.

To replace electrical light bulbs and fluorescent tubes according to schedule or if required.

To inspect, clean, maintain, and repair all electrical lighting fixtures, floodlighting, neon signs, and emergency lighting installations.

To maintain emergency power supply and uninterruptible power supply systems.

To service electrical motors and controls.

To carry out preventive maintenance tasks on all electrical equipment.

To be thoroughly familiar with all regulations regarding safety at work and observe these meticulously at all times.

To observe cleanliness at the place of work and on the job after completion of work.

To supervise closely all applicable rules of safety in the workplace.

To ensure cleanliness of appearance and uniforms, particularly when working in guest areas.

To be entirely flexible and adapt to rotate within the different sub sections of the Engineering Department.

To carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Engineering Supervisor and the Assistant Director of Engineering.
