Responsibilities:
Create and produce templates for documents and forms adhering to company standards.
Ensure all documents and materials are professionally maintained using company templates.
Set publication standards, establishing clear SOPs and protocols.
Proofread, review, edit, and verify documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
Conduct research to accurately edit and produce technical documentation.
Write, organize, structure, and format specifications, manuals, policies, and procedures.
Maintain Document Standard Templates for internal use by employees.
Manage database/files of document versions for easy reference.
Requirements:
General Competencies:

Ability to Work Under Pressure: Advanced level
Planning and Organization: Specialist level
Specific Job Competencies:
Knowledge of word processing software packages (e.g., VBA): Advanced
Knowledge of editing and text-publishing methods, standards, and practices: Advanced
Proofreading: Specialist
Experience/Knowledge/Qualification:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in professional writing, editing, and proofreading.
Excellent command of English language (grammar, usage, diction, style).
Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, English, or related field/Certification in English Linguistics.
Preferred: 5+ years of experience in defense industry technical environment.
Preferred: Master’s degree in Journalism, English, or related field.
Preferred: Arabic language proficiency as a mother tongue.
