Responsibilities:
Document Management:
Organize, maintain, and update documents related to inventory, procurement, and logistics processes.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all documentation, including purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, and inventory reports.
Implement document control procedures to maintain version control and ensure proper document archiving and retrieval.
Inventory Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of incoming and outgoing building materials, including quantities, specifications, and supplier information.
Verify and reconcile inventory documentation with physical stock counts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Generate inventory reports and documentation as needed for internal audits and regulatory compliance.
