Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in academic and professional communities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with industry forums, key universities and academic institutions to identify and engage with emerging engineering talent.
Brand Building
Develop and execute a comprehensive employer branding strategy to position the organization as a leader in the secure communications engineering space.
Cultivate and enhance KATIM's brand as a trailblazer in the field of secure communications engineering.
Publish articles, whitepapers, and case studies showcasing the organization's technical expertise and innovation.
Utilize social media and other platforms to amplify KATIM's presence within the engineering community.
Talent Development Programs
Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new engineering hires, emphasizing the key engineering development aspects.
Create ongoing training and development initiatives to advance the capabilities of existing engineering teams.
Collaborate with internal technical teams and human capital functions to identify and address skill gaps within the organization.
Establish a mentorship program to facilitate knowledge transfer and skill development, emphasizing the unique aspects of Secure communications.
